Online Casino Auctions Off Mystery $1 Million Dollar Safe
GoldenPalace.com, the girl who sold the rights to change her name for life to Golden Palace Casino has another controversial auction on eBay. Formerly Terri of Knoxville, TN, Ms. GoldenPalace.com is now auctioning an 1100 pound 'Mystery Safe' with contents reportedly valued at $1 Million Dollars, making it the highest valued Mystery Auction to date.
Less than 24 hours into the listing, the current high bid has crossed the $100,000 mark. The Mystery Safe auction has already been featured on several websites included bizarrebids.com, weirdebay.com, and watchedauctions.com.
'I can't believe the stir the auction has already caused in such a short time', says GoldenPalace.com who was interviewed live on the nationally syndicated radio program, 'The Alan Kabel Show' and Denver's 'Alice Morning Show' last Friday.
The description for Mystery Safe eBay item# 5575137541offers only 3 hints as to some of the safe's contents including: the keys and deed to a brand-new 3 bedroom home near a golf-course; a key to a 7-passenger vehicle that is model year 2001 or newer; and the promise of a similar item that reportedly sold on eBay for $1.3 Million.
The auction received over 4,000 hits and 70 bids its first day with over 500 watchers. It has even managed to get contributions of other 'mystery items' from private corporations (such as Lommoy.com) now added to its contents, further increasing the overall value of the Mystery Safe.
The question is, will the famed Golden Palace Casino bid again? Guess we'll know on April 28th when the auction officially ends.
