1. About TheGambleDoctor Canada
We are an independent publisher of information about online casinos, casino bonuses and promotions, casino games, payment methods and sports betting sites for Canadian readers.
We are not a casino or sportsbook operator. We do not hold a gambling licence in Ontario, in any other province or anywhere else, and we don't need one, because we do not offer games, accept wagers, take deposits or pay out winnings. 2. Gambling rules differ by province
In Canada, gambling is regulated province by province. In Ontario, private online casinos and sportsbooks must be registered with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario and operate under an agreement with iGaming Ontario. Other provinces have their own arrangements, often through a provincial lottery and gaming corporation.
